Starting next week, we will be installing Mailscanner, an email security system, on our servers.
Mailscanner will work in conjunction with the existing SpamAssassin software on the server. However, you will no longer have a spamAssassin link in your cPanel. This link will be replaced with a link to the Mailscanner control panel. I will post more information about how to use Mailscanner here, so you may want to subscribe to this thread for email notification when I add more posts. |

Mailscanner has been added. You can access it by logging into your cpanel and scrolling down to the Mailscanner icon at the bottom of the page.
If you have any questions about how to use Mailscanner, please submit a ticket to the Helpdesk technical department. |

Just as an FYI, in Thunderbird, you have to use proper capitalization in order for the filter to work. And on my emails, the prefixes are mixed caps, not all caps. IE {Spam?} and {Definitely Spam?}
