Business And Support Hours
Our official office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may call during this time, and if I am in the office and available, I will answer.
However, as a work at home mom and business owner, I am often out of the office or working on a project that needs my (relatively) undivided attention.
For this reason, I have established a system that will enable you to reach me or my technicians quickly in an emergency and within a reasonable amount of time in non-emergency situations.
Watersweb Helpdesk
This is our primary point of contact for those who need technical assistance. For example, if you need a technician to look at your site because it’s not functioning properly, our Billing Department to cancel, upgrade or downgrade your account, or to discuss a proposed web design project, the helpdesk should be your first stop.
Our technicians are trained server experts who can resolve your issues or direct your ticket to the appropriate department.
Also, I received a text message to my cell phone for every ticket or reply that is sent through the helpdesk, whether I am at my computer or sitting on a beach. (I can dream, right?!)

If you’re looking for instructions on how to use your site, the best place to go is the support forums. You don’t have to wait for someone to get back to you. All you need to do is search for your answers. Chances are, someone has already ask the question. And if not, you get to be the first!
