- Take advantage of our free 30-minute consultation to ask pre-sales questions, or learn the basics of using your website. This is a one-time consultation, which you can schedule at any time — before you order our products and services, or after.
- Support Helpdesk Staffed By Trained Server Technicians
- Our Support staff of more than 30 trained cPanel (hosting and email) technicians is available 24/7 to answer your questions, or direct you to the proper department. They are our first line support for issues directly related to the server. Just click the Submit Ticket button to send in your ticket, login to view your ticket. We also send email notifications of each reply to your ticket.
- Downloadable Online Manuals
- Our offerings include a manual that explains in great detail how to use the cPanel hosting control panel that powers your account. We also have a manual for our Shop Kit Plus shopping cart software. Both manuals are the starting point for understanding the services we offer.
- Online Knowledgebase
- You can find answers to commonly asked questions here, including questions about our policies, procedures, services and products.
- Online Support and Community Forums
- The Watersweb Support forums are a repository of questions and answers about our hosting and Shop Kit Plus products. We also include articles from trusted sources related to the hosting, internet marketing and ecommerce industries.
- Free Shop Kit Plus and hosting video tutorials
- We are in the process of creating video tutorials to help you see exactly what you need to do. Some people can understand how to do things just by being told, or reading an instruction manual. The rest of us need to see it to do it.
All service modification or cancellation requests must go through the Helpdesk.

- Existing clients can take advantage of this great deal. We’ll answer your questions and offer our guidances through the use of our products or internet marketing in general. Includes a simultaneous instant message consultation, if needed.

Once we have scheduled your consultation, we’ll send you an invoice, which must be paid in full prior to the scheduled phone call.
- Client Priority Instant Messenger Support: $40 per hour
- Instant Message consultations can be conducted via Skype, Yahoo IM or Google Talk. If you have Skype or YIM and a microphone, we can even talk as we chat. This option is great if we’re going to need to send links back and forth during the consulation.
